Aveley and South Ockendon Masterplan

Urban Practitioners has prepared an urban design and development Masterplan for Aveley and South Ockendon, in Thurrock, on behalf of the Thurrock Thames Gateway Development Corporation. The Masterplan will provide for the sustainable development of Aveley and South Ockendon over the next 10-20 years, and proposes new homes, jobs and substantial new ecological parks in the Green Belt.
