Southend Central Area Masterplan

Urban Practitioners has prepared a masterplan for the central area of Southend on Sea on behalf of Renaissance Southend Limited.

The masterplan sets a framework for the regeneration of Southend, providing better links between the town centre and the seafront through a series of new development and public space proposals.
