Aveley and South Ockendon Masterplan

Urban Practitioners is preparing a masterplan for Aveley and South Ockendon on behalf of the Thurrock Thames Gateway Development Corporation.

The masterplan, which has been prepared with extensive consultation and stakeholder engagement, will guide new development and regeneration in Aveley and South Ockendon, and help to ensure that they become sustainable communities.
